Arvind Singh

Arvind brings two decades of international banking experience at leading banks such as Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank. He started his banking career with consumer bank at Citibank India. Based in Singapore since 1991, Arvind held various regional roles in the area of product management, sales, project management and risk management. Arvind led a global credit risk re‐engineering initiative for the wholesale Bank at Standard Chartered in view of Basel 2. A Physics major, Arvind completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1984) and Advanced Management Programme at Wharton Business School (1998).

Arun Diaz

Arun brings nearly 30 years of senior level international banking and consulting experience gained at Standard Chartered Bank and more recently, with Reuters. Arun has managed banking operations, led large technology and change programmes including Y2K and a global cross‐border processing programme. As Programme Director for the Bank’s Fit for Growth Programme, Arun led the creation of off‐shore processing hubs in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Chennai, India.

Dr. Charles Ng is Emeritus Consultant at the Singapore General Hospital. The obstetrician and gynaecologist has been practicing for 42 years now. A graduate of Cambridge University, he has served in numerous academic, government, professional and voluntary organisations.

Dr. Arun Kr Sharma (MD, MBA, DNB, DIH) is a Honorary Consultant to Mobital. He is Professor, Community Medicine, University of Delhi & Head, Department of Biostatistics & Medical informatics. He is also the Professor in-charge, Telemedicine Unit & Founder Member, Medical Education Unit. He completed his fellowship programme from Hubert H Humphrey Fellow 2004-05, Johns Hopkins University. He is Jt. Secretary, Association of Indian Humphrey Fellows & Jt. Editor, Indian Journal of Public Health.

Mr. AR Talwar

Mr. Talwar joined the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1980 and retired in 2014. During this period, he held progressively senior roles in administration and public policy formulation in the State of Punjab that included the roles of Health Secretary, Finance Secretary and Home Secretary. During his illustrious career, he also held business management roles as Managing Director of Punjab Electronic and Information Technology Corporation, Punjab Spinning Mills Federation and Punjab Agro-Industries Corporation.

Mr. Talwar is an expert on Public Policy, Administration, Regulatory Regime and Development. Currently, he heads the Interview Boards set up by the Central Staff Selection Commission to select candidates for the Central Government jobs, besides advising Health and Education Service Providers on the quality, development and regulatory aspects of their services.
